Hi Everyone!
So this is a first. I am taking on the Great Adventure Challenge and making a difference in the lives of seriously ill children with the Starlight Children’s Foundation.
The Starlight GAC is 60-80km of trail-running, mountain biking and kayaking (with a few mystery challenges thrown in for good measure!) - all whilst orienteering with compass and map! It's going to be a lot of fun, a lot of hard work, and it's all for a good cause.
I've been working for Starlight Children's Foundation for over 4 years now and Starlight has been my family's charity of choice for as long as I can remember. For good reason!
Starlight really brighten the lives of kids in hospitals and their families all around Australia, whether it be in the major paediatric hospitals or in a medical centre on the Tiwi Islands in the NT. They reach as many kids as they can and it's only possible through donations.
